FAQs

  • What are the charges for your services?
    Not all shops are created equally. Depending on your items in your order and needs, each shop varies in time and care. I am here to provide a unique custom experience to your order. I charge a $20 service booking fee to book my services for the, picking, packaging, and transporting of your order. If your order is larger and requires more time and care, it is an additional $20 (per hour) after the first hour of shopping (including travel time). These charges are broken down in the invoice that is sent after delivery is made. Currently, Venmo, Zelle, credit card payment, cash and check are the only applicable forms of payment at this time. A processing fee of 3% will be applied to the final receipt if using Venmo and a 2.9% + .30 Wix transaction fee will be applied for invoice credit card payment services. However, if you prefer to pay your final invoice by cash, the processing fees will be waived.
  • What services do you provide?
    I provide shopping and delivery services, as well as, return services. If you only have a delivery need, I can provide delivery only options too.
  • How do I place an order?
    You can place your order thru the website under services and book now and/or the One Shop App. The One Shop App can be located in your app store by downloading Spaces by Wix. Enter business name in search engine and become a member. That easy and FREE to join the One Shop community. In the app, you will find my services tab, calendar and availability to schedule your appointment. On the website directly, you will have the option to see booking and scheduling for the day or week as well. Scheduling is updated on a weekly basis, making it a convenient tool to book for the same day or plan for an upcoming day of service. If you're unable to book, I can book you your appointment and will email you. When you create your shopping order, please make sure you are including as much information about your particular items as possible. I do suggest, the easiest way to go about this is to visit the store app you would like your shop to be shopped at and create a shopping list. After you create a list (most stores give you the option to compile a grocery list on site), you would be able to send this to me in either PDF form and/or you can screenshot the images/list of items to me via SMS. This way, I have a reference guide of your exact items to make the shop run more smoothly and effectively. Reminder, if placing orders with stores that have reward programs, for example, Target, please make sure you are activating the offers for your target reward circles program so I can apply them once I checkout and process your order to receive applicable discounts. Once you submit your order, it will be reviewed by One Shop. If any questions should arise, I will definitely contact you.
  • Is there a minimum order?
    Yes, orders over $50.
  • What participating nearby stores do I participate with?
    I currently participate with Trader Joes, Target, Acme, Stop and Shop, Whole Foods, Shop Rite, Costco, LIDL, ALDI, CVS, Walgreens, Sephora, Pet Smart, Pet co, Dollar Tree, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Gap, Shrewsbury Grove stores, Bottle King, Buy Rite, Party City and Party Fair pick up/deliveries. If there is a store you do not see listed and want to inquire about, please feel free to reach out to me to see if this is a store I can accommodate.
  • Do you offer returns?
    Yes, I can and will be offering returns with certain select nearby participating stores.
  • Can notes and substitution instructions be added to my shopping order?
    When you place your order, you must include detailed information (store name, specific sizes of items, quantities, etc.) regarding item preferences should your original item be out of stock. ALL forms of communication while shopping will be done via SMS. A best contact number must be provided on your order as this is our only way of communicating with one another while shopping. Should an item be unavailable, I will contact you and advise of other options as needed. Please be advised, no response to your shops and/or out of stock items will be cancelled and disregarded and I will NOT look for substitutions. If you do not wish to be contacted, please specify that on your order form as well.
  • What do I include in the delivery instructions of an order?
    In the delivery notes, please write anything special I need to know to complete the delivery and give you the best possible experience possible. Have a gate code? Maybe a warning text, so I don’t wake the baby? Type it in your order and let me know!
  • What items am I restricted to shop and deliver?
    Due to legal restrictions, there are several items I cannot shop and deliver at this time including but not limited to: -tobacco products - any over the counter medication that contains pseudoephedrine -lottery tickets -movie tickets -toll passes -large pieces of furniture -propane tanks 20 pounds or over -guns and ammunition -dry ice -fireworks and sparklers -live animals such as fish, birds, or hamsters -prescription medications
  • Are tips accepted?
    Tips are greatly encouraged and appreciated. There is no better way to show how much you value my service and show your support and appreciation. You can show your appreciation by adding the tip to your invoice receipt when paying in Venmo or Zelle after you receive your delivery.
  • How will my items be delivered?
    Regardless of your delivery preference, I will be in communication with you from the start of your shop to delivery. Please note that some store locations do not carry single-use bags. If this is the case, I will purchase bags at checkout, and you will see the cost reflected on your receipt once billed and finalized. If you would not like to purchase bags, please let me know on your purchase shopping order and items will be left loosely by your front door. Have too many bags already? Great! Let’s encourage recycling of bags together. I can take your provided bags and recycle them in between customer orders so that we are truly helping the environment.
